Trans State Closers update?

I just got an email that I need to send them my latest E & O Policy but don't remember ever doing a signing with them and there isn't much on my research of them. Not listed in Signing Central. Anyone sign with them lately? Jim Coffey is who sent me the email.

Never had a problem with him paying when I did work for him. It's been over 2 years now since I've done any work for him though.

I did a signing for them in Nov.'07. They paid in less than 30 days. Definitely would work for them again!!!!!

Worked for them over two years ago. Paid within 60 days after many emails and phone calls and they said they forgot????? What kind of answer was that. 30 days is OK but over that, No Deal
