Was just offered 65.00 for a purchase signing 42 miles round trip,but hey they were O/N docs Gas just hit $4.49 a gallon in my area.Gave them my fee and said goodbye.

I got an offer of $70 for a 112 R/T for a "Pre Application Closing"...now, what exactly is THAT? Turns out it was a RM application. Uh, No thank you!

That "Pre Application Closing"... for RM is Big..size of full loan. no notary but id forms and takes up to 2 hr with older people..called me for 50.00 told them 125.00 they took it....NEVER TAKE 1ST OFFER.

got a call for 118 miles R/T for $30, said that wouldn't even be worth it. It was for a loan modification.

"Wouldn't even be worth it" doesn't come close! If you get 5 miles to the dollar for fuel only(which, at today's gas prices, would be reasonable), that leaves you with a whopping $6.40 to cover other expenses and profit. Once you add in wear and tear costs on your vehicle, not only would there be no profit, it would have cost you money -- and you would have earned nothing for all the time spent...
These people really don't get it -- or they think we are incredibly stupid!
