I did have the question on test for new company. I just wrote that I didn't explain things like that if they had a question to call their loan officer my job was to notarize signatures not explain loan items. I don't know how it went they sent the loan package late and when I called the BO they were leaving at 5:15 and the appointment was scheduled for 5:00 don't know who was more confused. I didn't do closing as I had other fish to fry but was trying to help a new client. Glad I didn't move anything and lose other fish who made more money in my pocket. Thanks for all your help.
