About two weeks ago, they called me for a signing - we didn't get around to discussing a fee because I was booked for the date/time they needed. I always offer an alternate time I'm available and ask if the borrowers are flexible on time. 80% of the time, the entity will call the borrower to check and the borrowers will be flexible. This scheduler didn't bother to check, she just said the TC was firm on the time and moved on to call someone else.
