Archer Land Title BK update

For those of you owed money by this company, you all know they filed BK last year - after receiving the notice and instructions to file my proof of claim in Nov, 2008, I never heard another word about it - no docs, no pleadings, nothing.

So, I called the BK court Thursday....the clerk confirmed that the case is still active and she told me it could take YEARS ....

So don't give up - case still open - though I'm not expecting to get ANY money out of it..

Thanks Linda! I was wondering about them also. I filed my proof of claim also but I have not received anything in the mail.

They owe me $50. I never received anything about the bankruptcy.
