Date Stamp w/Company Name
I need to order a customized stamp that shows: Received By, MM-DD-YY, Company Name. (Company name is optional). I will use it on incoming correspondence.
Any suggestions on what company to use? I'm open to using the old fashion rubber stamps & ink pads, too.
Of course I'm looking for it to be inexpensive yet durable.
TIA

Pre-inked (not self inking) is the only way to go.
Hi, Michelle
I do lots of notarizing of medical forms that leave only the margins for the notary work. (There are reasons not to attach a loose ack or jurat to these. I won't bore you with details.)
So I had some stamps with small font notarial certificate wording to help me out.
Someone tipped me off to PRE-inked (not the self-inking Ideal etc ones we all know).
Crikey! The quality of the stamped image is amazing!
Give it a try!

My favorite stamp vendor is Rubber Stamp Champ. You can customize your stamps right on the website, and the prices are good. I don't order Notary supplies through them... just other stamps. They do a great job.

Have you tried their pre-inked?
I love my stamp vendor but I am starting to think he might go under.
Little guys are having a tough time in this recession.

I use staples for stamps, they have a lifetime guarantee for reinking and are close by
