Fl Marriage
Ok, here's a new one on me. Lady wants to get married, her future beau is in Jail. She cannot go to the jail. She wants me to have her sign and notarize then take it to the jail and have him sign and notarize. I know the Fl notary manual says, no video conference, phone or by proxy marriages, but doesn't say that you cannot do it this way. Any thoughts on this.
