Genuine Title - Owings Mills

I have (had) an 11:00 am closing for them. No docs. No reply to email. No answering of any of their 3 numbers. And yes, this in one where they state they will deduct $25 from you fee if you don't call the owner's cell phone immediately after the closing. Shucks, the borrowers aren't even answering their phone. Guess I can take that one off the schedule.
