How can this be?

I did a damage control signing last night for a borrower whose first signing was with a notary who did not have them sign the deed of trust, the I4 Rider and the TIL. WHAT! So it was three documents for the full signing fee, 25 pp.

I like this kind of work, but sure makes the lender and the borrower mad! The notary only had three signings that day. Wonder if the other two got just as screwed up.

These are critical docs. I guess they should have called you for the original appointment.
