Got a call thursday to do a loan today from another company. I have yet to receive my independent contractor's agreement so i said no of course, not doing anything on your behalf..duh! My fee is high and they said they will pay it but i want it in writing. they think im gonna spend the next 6 months chasing them for it - dont think so. some of the things we encounter in this profession are sad & scary!
