NFS America - a bit more info regarding this company....

FYI...looks like they work with attorneys in their area OR have an attorney on staff who then 'contracts' with borrowers to represent them in loan modification application process.

Has anyone worked with them recently and have gotten paid?

Aren't they part of th 21st Century thing? I know you are aware of the loan mod app transactions that are now illegal in many states.

I couldn't find anything linking the two together....

but do know this company contracts nsa's for initial loan apps...10 page docs - 1 notarization page.

I think it might be a good idea to use the orange search button & review some of the previous posts on these matters. I'm pretty sure NFS was one of the companies discussed as being a "no no".
