Newbie ?

I am very new to this - first signing last night (refi) and while I thought I understood it - I am a little confused. Do I notarize the Homestead Affidavit in both places?? Signed under oath before me and this instrument was acknowledged before me ... I reviewed my book and I am just more confused. I should know this!!!!!

this is a normal notary cert form, you fill in and sign both notary certs.
