Phone numbers on NotRot
When looking on the individual profiles today, the phone numbers are there for one second, then disappears leaving only the fax numbers. Is anyone else having this problem?

Re: Silly question, I know but
I was logged out at first, so logged in. Same thing. It is the same with all others, including yours, Glenn. When I click on a person's profile, the phone numbers come up for about half a second, then all phone numbers except fax numbers disappear. VERY strange.

Just checked some random profiles. All is well.
Phone numbers are legible and permanent.

Do they have a phone number listed in the "Contact Us" link
at the bottom of this page? Only their fax number is showing up there also. I previously sent email. If someone could please post it, I would appreciate it. TIA

Have you tried other websites to see if you have the
same problem elsewhere?

Have you thought of doing a virus, spyware, malware scan on your computer. Since no one else is having this problem it could be something that's infecting your computer. Or it could be the server you're using.

Jojo, it's a problem in your computer, and you're not alone
http://www.vistaheads.com/forums/internet/361986-phone-numbers-disappear.html
Here's the solution that one poster said worked. This is in relation to Skype!
First please try to disable plugin directly from your browser. 1. Open your web browser 2. On the toolbar you should see the Skype Add-on/extension icon. 3. Click on the icon to turn it off.
In Internet Explorer please go "Tools" > "Manage add-ons" > "Enable or disable add-ons" > "Skype" > "Disable".
If previous steps did not help you to solve the issue, then reinstall Skype as follows:
1. Uninstall Skype from: Start > Settings > Control Panel > "Add or Remove Programs" (for Vista users, Start > Settings > Control Panel > ?Programs and Features?). 2. Search for "Skype" and remove/uninstall it. 3. Download Skype from http://www.skype.com/go/download
Important: Once you start the installation process, click the "Options" button on the installation window and untick the following two check boxes: - Install Skype extension for Mozilla Firefox - Install Skype add-on for Internet Explorer
And proceed with the installation as usually.
It solved the problem, the numbers stay on the web pages. I hope this will be of use to members with similar problem in the future! Nathalie

Message from Skype:
Our development teams are aware of this problem and are working hard to fix this in a timely manner. The temporary solution to this issue is to uninstall and reinstall Skype.
To reinstall Skype:
a) Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features. b) Search for „Skype” and uninstall it. c) Go to 'Skype 3.8 for Windows - Download the latest version of Skype' (http://www.skype.com/download) , get the latest version and install it. When reinstalling, click the "Options" button in the first installation window, where the license agreement is. Make sure that the checkboxes for installing plugins are unchecked, after that install Skype as usual.
Please note, that you have to uninstall Skype before you reinstall it to completely remove the plugins. If you just install Skype over the existing Skype application, the plugins will not be removed and the issue will not be resolved.

Thank you so much PAW. You rock!
Also, all of the phone numbers are back, but they all have American Flags in front of them. I just checked out other websites and they're in front of all numbers now. They're going to be hard getting used to, but now the mystery is solved!
I was on Skype with a friend in South Korea yesterday. Must have happened after that.
Thanks again!
