Phone's been ringing like crazy last couple of days!
Last day of signing is going to be December 26th to get it closed this year. Shaping up to be a very busy EOY. Hope your phones are ringing, or that they start tomorrow!

I'm in Texas too. The Dallas area. This is my first year as an agent, how do you get business? I registered with all signing companies in Signing Central. I get maybe 5 calls a month. What's the secret?

This has been a very tough businesss for quite a while now. Even seasoned notaries are hasving a tough time. My advice is to learn your state notary handbook thoroughly. Then when the calls come, you'll be ready. It takes a long time to build up a business.

Ringing here like crazy..finally! I am glad that I took the quiet time to finish all that holiday stuff! I am ready bring it on! I hope the phone starts ringing for everyone!
