Where can I get E&O for $500K?

I've had two title companies call me for work but they require E&O of $500K. Any companies out there that offer this?

For the price you pay you would have to have a steady stream of business from those TC's, more than likely it is reqd. for Provident loan. Unless you are getting 5 or more of these a month, I would probably not even consider the cost to be justifiable.

Usually they will find a SS or TC that has the coverage and can cover the NSA doing the closing.
