I have to give a thumbs up. They made good on

promise to pay full fee (long distance) for a no-sign, where LO was not truthful with borrower regarding fees being included in closing costs. (They weren't.)

Good communication, nice folks.

cheapos around here

they declined my fee for a purchase. They called someone else I know that quoted them less than I did and they didn't give her the order either.

They were ok. Did a signing a couple of weeks ago. Only thing is that my payment won't come until 45 days due to the date the signing fell on. Their policy is: Payments are sent after the 15th of each month for closings completed in the preceding
month. In my case the closing was first day of February so I don't get paid until March 15th. By then it will be 45 days. That is my only complaint.
