Advantage Title g/b/u?

I received several calls last week and this week too from Jennifer at Advantage Title. Unfortunately I wasn't available for any of the closings at the time. I looked them up on NR and there are a few companies with the name "Advantage" and one named Advantage Title, but thing I'm concerned about is that the company listed in NR is located in MD, but the one that called me has a TX area code.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me or has anyone worked for Advantage Title located in TX?
