BOA hiring mortgage processors

Did anyone hear that Bank of America is suppose to be doing a mass hiring? Also has anyone done any BOA closing?

I don't believe I have ever closed a BOA of loan; however,

there are no BOA offices here in my city (not that that makes a big difference). Cynthia, is the mass hiring in their loan division?

I am in California and I just completed a refi signing with the lender being BoA. They are easy, as there loan packages are smaller with the DOT requiring notarization.

For clarity, only the DOT requires notarization. Title may have documents requiring notarization (Trust Cert., Subordination Agreement, etc.).

I also seem to remember that the TIL does not require signature on BOA packages. Sometimes there is an initial line on page 2, I think.

That is true. The title companies and RE attorneys that I work with insist that the TIL be signed on page 1 with the "explanation" page (page 2) initialed.
