ENS digital signature

Has anyone been trying to participate in the NNA Electronic Notarization program? I have, for over two years, paid a fee for a digital signature idea which has had no payback and little support. To date, we have a digital signature with a recent addition of a .pdf or .jpg image which we have to cypher a way to include in a notary digital signature with no clue from the outfit that sold it to us, the NNA. The cost, so far, does not justify the means and the response from the NNA is that they don't support any third party softwqre applications.
Okay, so what to do with this cut little USB dealio we paid over $100.00 to plug in and wonder what comes next. The certification lasts for three years but it's going to be that long before anyone tells us why we bought it.

There's probably no gentle way to tell you this...but seemingly you may have made a

charitable contribution.

The XXX is an organization not worthy of people's money.

Not a ponzi scheme like Maddof...but not so far removed, either.
