International Signings...

...out of California? Say they "specialize" in AmTrust e-signings. Anyone else been contacted by them? Nothing on Signing Central that I could find.

AmTrust e-signings again?

posts on here a couple months back indicated that Amtrust was no longer in the game. Let us know if Amtrust e-signings are back again.

Re: AmTrust e-signings again?

They are indeed still around. Was offered one today, not this SS, but another. Didn't want to meet my fee to drive 60 mi over then back, plus I'm not ready to do this anyway. Referred to another who I know is ready, don't know if she did or not and if she could get what she deserves for this offering.

That Was the Indication...

...just given to me by this particular "solicitor" from International Signings. He made it sound as if (just like they all do) his company had the corner on the market for AmTrust e-signings & would be able to provide me with volume. Why do these "companies" act like we were born yesterday?

Re: That Was the Indication...

The problem exists with the concept and definition of volume. One ss told me they were prepared to give me all their assignments in return for a volume discount. The problem was that they could not quantify "all their assignments". It could have been as little as one or two per month. I asked if they had really thought it through carefully...asking for a specifioc dollar discount without a corresponding quantification of volume. There was nothing but dead air on the phone in response to the question.

Amtrust is still around…ande their e-signings are still a pain….unless everything works…then they are a snap.

I've been contacted. Not worth the low fees.

Thanks for the update. I was wrong..again.

They are a pain, but volume helps.

2 Amtrust signings today

One at 3pm, the other at 8pm. $375 total. First was a breeze. Haven't gone to next one yet.

Is AmTrust still on the Stuart Title "watch" list?

Last I heard, Stuart had placed AmTrust on their "don't do biz with" list due to AmTrusts recent ratings downgrade.

I did an e-signing the other day for Amtrust thru a Ca signing company. 200 page download and the edoc signing. What happened to the more efficient closing thru e-doc signing?
Yet others I've closed were less pages to print. Don't understand.
