She (Jessie) is good, but does not pay quick. She makes it very clear in her confirmations and in communications that she will not pay until she receives payment from title. She is always at least 60 days out on invoices. I am debating on discontinuing my work for her. The nice thing about her jobs is that they seem to always have the docs ahead of time and they are usually pretty small packages <100 pages.
