It was actually referred to as a commercial SWAMP loan.

Well, it was a short and sweet signing . . purchase of commercial property. The SWAMP term really threw me tho'.

Scheduler kept referring in her conversation and confirmation to it being a SWAMP loan. I thought . . what the heck is a SWAMP loan! Come to find out, it was a Swap loan . . she used the wrong term. Before I got the docs, I kept thinking . . . they're buying a commercial swamp???? Hmmmm. Do you raise alligators in those??? LOL
