On Dec. 12, 2008 I talked to David Demeree he assured me I'd get partial pay. I told him that if I didn't get anything before years end that I'd agressively pursue my $900 in closing fees. Well January 6, 2009 I filed in Harbor Justice Center Small Claims, I filed with the Better Business Bureau and I also filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's office. The only thing I want from this company is to be compensated for services rendered. My business is based out of New Orleans thefore in my Small Claims Lawsuit I have doubled my claim to $1,800 which included travel and expenses to California. Have anyone else had to take them to small claims? If you did what other fees did you include and get ie...Travel, expenses, loss of income?
