Not the same company I did a signing for but I did a structured settlement with First Choice Settlement Services, total 20 pages which needed to be faxed and shipped, collected a copy of the I.D. and SS card included in the pkg. Less than 30 min and get paid in 15 days for an agreed fee of $100. Well worth it!

I did a few documents for them last year. Very easy to work with and turn around time was between 10-25 days on payment. I would recommend them.
