Yes I have on 1-9-09. I am still waiting to be paid. I indicated that there will be a late fee if not paid within 30 days. It was a last minute signing. She called in the morning and I closed in the late afternoon that day.

i emailed david isman and his assistant jennifer yesterday....she promptly responded and is sending out my check today. still no response from justice title directly.....

I am a North Carolina signing agent. Justice Title is excellent company to work for. Very friendly and easy to contact if you have a question. I was paid within 10 days or less from the funding of the transaction.
