How to file a complaint against Fox signing services
I am filing an official complaint with the licensing board for notaries in Pennsylvania in regards to Fox nonpayment. Here is the link to the form if anyone else is interested.

They should be stopped from doing business and their notary licenses should be pulled for booking notaries with no intention to pay. It is a crime called "theft of service".

do more research before you file any complaints.

I am filing a complaint against the business which is licensed. I researched this on the PA website and found their company listed and that they come under a specific business license.

Re: What type of business are they listed under???
I do not know what you read, but we are commissioned in PA and the following link is for our SOS department!

If you read the next links, it will tell you what occupations the bpoa regulates, and it is not notaries.

Yes, I filed a complaint with BBB and they said this case is out of their hands.

Welcome to the club, I am owed money for closings performed. I ended up complaining to the title company and mortgage company.
From my experience, all my calls are never returned and when I did get in touch Rich before Christmas and said a check would be in the mail, it is now two weeks later and no check!!!!!
Guess what? Signing Pro is now a slow pay or no pay. I have over $200 owed for work done.
I guess that the signing companies are getting to be dead beats.
