No Pay Patriot Title, LLC in Maryland
I did 2 signings for them in October. When I called them in December, they asked me to resend the invoices. Now they won't take my calls, and I'm told, they are in a meeting or out of the building. I have tried reaching Matt Berger, Jessica Zinsavage, and Adriana. None will return my messages.

I did one for Jessica on 12/30/08 and was paid on 1/14/09. I have always been paid by Patriot and on time.

That's very odd - I've had nothing but positive experiences with Patriot Title. Take a look at message thread # 270872 for some good collection techniques.

I don't understand it. Jessica was always so nice to me. I worked for them before and got paid. I know they were happy with my work. Thanks for the responses.

Same here--I have been working with them for some time--both RESPA's & closings (all VA). They always pay promptly. You do need to invoice them on their invoice.

Times might be changing. I am having trouble with one from December. Very unresponsive to email. Stepping it up to calls tomorrow.

I did two for Patriot Title in January 2009 - just received payment for the first one at 17 days. I'm not sure why that has not been the case fora few other notaries, but I have received payment in a timely manner.

Jessica call me last week and asked for my address. I received a check today for the 2 RESPAS I did in October. I've always liked Jessica and like working for Patriot. I think they were in the process of moving their office, and that could have been part of the problem.

I did a job for them on April 1st, invoiced them on April 2nd and I already have my check!
