OK question: who is OP?

As a long term lurker/sometime poster on this site, I am going back a few days to catch up. There is a post about LSI (I love them, they are just great people to work with); and one of the responses is: "just like FASS and OP" Well, I know who FASS is, but OP? Can someone enlighten me? I feel like I have been behind the proverbial barn door on this one. Ocean Pacific? Oil Pan? Outrageous Pay? This will keep me up tonight. Please, help.
