Proficiency Signings in Irvine, CA...Any recent experience?

I did a closing for them in December and am in the process of sending them a monthly invoice. I tried faxing a couple of times with no luck and no one seems to be in. Maybe they are out because of the holiday but I just wanted to make sure they are still paying. Has anyone have a good experience with them recently?

They paid me slow the last couple of times. I had to keep on them to pay at around 40 days. Their ratings are not looking so good lately from this. Just keep on them. It is a bit labor intensive for me now to work with these slower paying companies. They also pay a bit low as well.
