Question, list of companies and SC

Some companies show up when you look for them without loging in yet do not show up once you log in. Why is this? Example: At Your Convenience Signing is listed when I do not sign in but once I sign in to leave feedback it is no longer listed. Are these not the same lists?

When you are not logged in you can see the whole list; but

when you log in there is some kind of filtering mechanism that I think was originally intended to limit the list to companies that do business in your state.

But it isn't updated so many companies you might want to see, you do not.
