Does anyone know anything about Reliable Settlement? Good, bad or ?

I think this is the company that used to be Final Step.....If you sign for them, don't RELY on your payment.

I started doing closing last year and this year so far 4 . They sent my checks within 30-40 days . I ve never had any problems with this company .

I just got my letter from the Maryland Bankruptcy Court. They sided with Gary Plummer and I can kiss my signing fees goodby. I don't understand how these people can open another business so they can cheat MORE people in the future. If anyone has a problem getting paid by Reliable Settlement, I'll be happy to give out Mr & Mrs Plummers home address. I'm instructed by the court that I can't persue this matter against "The Final Step" any further or I can be charged. I will assume that Reliable Settlement is NOT covered by this rule.
