Same here, but unfortunately I took a real job a couple of months ago and I have only been able to close a couple per week. My opportunity cost has been greater the last couple of weeks. Not sure if this is a short term bump or a long term trend. Time will tell.

I shut down the Corp on 12/31/08 5 closings in 2 months. This month the phone is going nuts and did 4 this week and have a couple lined up for next week. I do what I can in between working other jobs.

I also refi my loan (under hardship) 4.0% yes it pays to keep payments behind when you're 35% upside down (bank does not want my house) and the only way to get a better deal being upside down was to force them into it.

Yes it sure looks like going to be a busy end of month. Good idea to keep your other regular and dependable sources of income. If we nothing have learned nothing from this fiasco "A bird in the hand is better then two in the bush."
