What about Advantage Title Partners, Plano TX? Good/bad?
This company also goes by Contemporary Title and A&G Business Center,
in Plano TX. Did a closing 1/9/09 for them and haven't been paid yet.
Starting the email process, calling, etc. Does anyone have any
experience with them? I dealt with a Jennifer and she assured
me they pay in a timely manner.

Some companies only pay monthly.
Find out what their payment schedule is before you start the collection process.

I am will to wait 45 days. Last year I had only one deadbeat SS ( Dynamic Field Solutions ) $125.

Just a little wary of all the akas for this company, plus the fact
that they're nowhere on the forums listed. Just wondering what
to expect with this company regarding ability to pay and time
frame for payment. Every company is different and keeping
track is tedious.

I do alot for several SS and Title/Escrows in Plano Tx. Have never heard of these.
Remember, we had several sizable SS, Title/Escrow operations go out of business in that N Dallas area. These might be some of the former employees who have dicided to open up on there own. I would be careful.
Do you have an address and ,possibly, names of the people for these SS.

If you were told I'd be paid directly from escrow or within 10 days as so many great companies do and it's been well past that, I'd be concerned too.
Did she give you specifics on payment? Maybe it hasn't funded...keep calling. Good luck
