I turned down a signing yesterday from them because of the reputation they have gained. I had done a signing for them before but it was over a year and a half ago....a whole different time than now. That payment was late anyway.
I told them I would do it if I was paid via pay pal or from title but they refused.
They had a hard time understanding my concern.
The negative comments are recent and overwhelming. Hopefully I did the right thing. It is hard to turn down business. It is just so scary these days....

Don't forget to put the good stuff too! There are a lot of good ones out there too! Let's not forget them.
I just hope that this one was one that I should be cautious with. It appears to be the case.

I have done several jobs over last few months. They are a bit slow (60 days) but they do pay.
I will continue to work for them, I just know not to be impatient.

Thank you. In this case, this signing was also over an hour's drive each direction so my cost in time and gas is higher thus making the signing riskier. I am ok up to 45 days, but beyond that it is difficult for me to accept. If the signing was around the corner I might have been more open to it, but adding up all the variables on this one I just couldn't risk it. Perhaps if they call for one closer to me I might consider it. We shall see. Thank you. Your information will help me if I do hear from them again. It has been 1 1/2 years since the last one so I won't hold me breath. :-)

I did one for them where I demanded payment upfront due to their rep. Tracy insists they're not deadbeats, but they do pay at 45 days or more. I've been willing to take the risk, but will be posting in Signing Central if they don't honor what we've agreed to.

I turned one down last month from them for different reason. The person who called me was very insulting and unprofessional when I resisted their offer to do closing. Just bad vibes for me.
