When you click on the post, right underneath the title of the post is the poster's name and (theoretically) state. However, AK is the 'default' state. Either AK has an awful lot of notaries or, as Chaz said, it's continental drift.

Channeling the great mind readers of the past! Actually
when you look at the post after clicking on the header wyou will see that each post says "Posted by __________State. In the case of the OP its Said posted by_____of AK and therfore Alaska. However, and its been discussed here before though I can't remember the particulars. some posters from some ISPs seem to come up from Alaska eventhough they are elsewhere. Probably DARPA's fault shrouded by the mists of time.
