Closing Quest

Has anyone had any problems getting paid by this company? They havent paid me and it has been 45+ days out. I have tried to email and call them with no response back. All responses appreciated.

Their problems are legend - yes, everyone has had

problems w/them. If you do a search or check signing central, you will see this has been ongoing for over a year.

Make sure you tell everyone you know because there is no need for anyone else to fatten their wallets at your expense. Sorry to be the bearer of sad tidings.

Sorry for experience. Always check NotRot Signing Central and the Search areas if you don't know the company. Good luck trying to collect from Closing Quest.

Ace Mortgage owes closing quest. 100,000 Closing quest closed their doors in Feb.

when I talked with the real estate company they rent from at the end of Feb., they were were still there going strong, renting and working everyday. I was gonna pay them a face to face visit, but been to busy to take the time out for those losers. Have to save it for a rainy day!!

I think it was Ace Mortgage that went under - same time as Archer Land Title...from what I've been hearing Closing Quest is still operating - giving out assignments and not paying for them..

I also have a very large outstanding balance with Closing Quest. They stopped paying since last July and have not responded to any correspondence I've sent them. I have prepaid legal, they sent a letter with no response. If anyone knows what can be done to bring them to justice if they are still thriving, I would be on board to do what it takes.
