Dynamic Field Solutions -A positive experience

I have been working for Dynamic since December 2008 and have recieved FULL payment from them for the 25+ signings I've done for them. They even sent me a bonus check after a certain number of signings!
Their policy is that notaries get paid 30-45 days from the loan funding which is CLEARLY stated on their confirmation sheets. You can also sign up to get paid instantly through their instant pay program (contact them for details). I am always able to reach someone when I call their office and have recieved prompt emails and responses from them whenever I have a question.
They've sent me more business than anyone else lately - so if you need or want the work I would definately give them a try if they call you for a signing!!

Wish someone would add them to SC so ALL the

posts/threads can be linked and they can be rated...

BTW - that instant pay option - is that the one discussed a few days ago where you agree to a 30% fee reduction in exchange for immediate payment?

Okay...my apologies....I can't see this co. there..

This company doesn't show up for me in SC - I can only see reviews, comments and forum threads by clicking on the "link" in the initial thread...

Re: Okay...my apologies....I can't see this co. there..

When I log out I can see that this company is listed, but there are no comments. That is all I see: name of company in Santa Ana, CA. Why is this? Why won't someone link them? Are there nothing but shills here now?

If you follow the link in the first post you can see them

in SC. It shows that they do business in CA, TN, & VA, so only someone from those states can see them when logged in. They are obviously doing business in more than the states listed.

Hmmm... other forums don't give them such high marks as recently as 10 days ago. Say they bomb one person and then move on to another, leaving the first person unpaid. No personal experience here--just a heads up.

Yes, Jack, you need to stop this practice. Signing Central is available to all members.
You're helping those who aren't members to access the info.

My experience with them was also negative. I just turned them over to collections a week or so ago, so hopefully I'll at least get something out of them! I hate having to chase my money -- especially when I'm sure THEY got paid!

Guess what? I just checked my email inbox and these folks just sent me an email saying they want to encourage notaries in my neck of the woods to sign up with them. They must be hurting for people to fleece, based on what everyone else over here is saying about them.

LOL....Changing the way they do business...Huh? I don't think so! They seem to continue with the same lack of payment procedure in 2010 as they did in 2008 and 2009. Sorry Kara, dont know what your situation is or relationship is to them but they are not good to work if your intent is to make money. They are definately scammers and crooks and my goal for 2010 is to expose them to all notaries (to not work for them)so they go out of business.

This company, if that's what you want to call it, has a long history of cheating Notaries, me included.I don't believe the following statements made by you Kara; 25+ signings since Dec 08, You can always reach someone when you call their office, and a bonus.LOAD OF CRAP!!!

I did one for them a little while back. I asked for payment upfront via PayPal because of what I've read here. They accommodated that. I also got an email from them about the negative posts about them, claiming they're not justified. IMO anyone trying to overcome a bad rep needs to prove themselves by paying up & resolving the issues of non-payment that have been reported. We don't deliberately "black-ball" reputable companies. Signing Central has saved my neck a # of times. I'm proud to say that I had no uncollectible debt in 2008!
Thanks to all who share their experiences. Without that, we'd continue to be dupped by companies like SOX & Closing Quest.

well? This would be so useful to all.

Why is there such reluctance to take a minute to document for all so that searching messages doesn't have to be done? Or the constant queries for G/B/U?

Re: Marilyn I'm a member (paid member) I'm logged in..

The company has to be "coded" as doing business in your state for you to see them when logged in. Apparently this company is not "coded" for Florida.

This has been discussed before and for the life of me I cannot figure out why NotRot staff continues to have this system in place. You can e-mail NotRot and tell them you cannot see the company, and they will make the adjustment. However, as I have stated before in prior discussions, it seems like a lot of wasted time and resources to continue with this "coding by state" system. Companies expand into new states all the time - the profile and ratings for every company should be accessible to all members.

Re: I (haven't) GOT PAID FOR MY SIGNINGS

"Deadbeats" is the perfect description for Dynamic Field Solutions. No payment in 9 weeks despite repeated emails and faxes. Forget the phone - they never pick up. I'm calling hte lender and mortgage broker tomorrow to see if they'll pay direct.
Lesson learned: ALWAYS check the forum before accepting a job.
