They owe me for a Rev. Mortgage RESPA signing I did on 2/17/09 - when I took the assignment they said they usually paid within 30 days - not at funding...

I've sent them a reminder but so far haven't heard or seen anything.

Have done alot of work for them but they are now getting verrry slow to pay. Two December closings unpaid, check in the mail they say! Good company, but seems like they are having financial problems. red flag!

My story is similar to Linda's except they are just now at the 30 day point. The homeowner called me to say he had changed his mind about proceeding with the RM. My gut is telling me I may have to wait for my money, if I'm lucky enough to get it.

They owe me $825 for numerous closings, I've invoiced and told Mike Kelly, he said he'd send it to accounting. This has been going on since Dec. 08
