Does anybody have a physical address for Escrow Signing Services, Inc.? They are located in Garden Grove, CA with only a PO Box.

Sorry. I can't help you, but I try to remember to get an physical address from new companies right up front. It's kind of a red flag to me when they only show a P.O. Box as an address - makes me nervous. I've found that most title companies and well established ss, will include an address along with contact numbers as part of their email signature. I don't need to go searching for it or end up asking.

No, all I have is a PO Box in Garden Grove. Not answering phones, emails, etc., Integrity Escrow says to email them at: [e-mail address].

He's not picking up and took money from the title companies and never paid a ton of notaries
