How can I get a higher rating next to my name, not all the companies have left feedback, even when I have asked.

Make sure you logged in on Notary Rotary. Go to the Home

Page under the section Announcements "8/28/08 Notary Rotary Candidate Index (NRCI)" . Good luck!
