How's business?

Has anyone else seen a dramatic pick up in work the last couple of weeks? I had to turn down two signings yesterday, and just had to increase my mobile phone plan b/c I was going way over my normal minutes. I'm wondering if this is a wide trend or if I'm just having weird week.

Business is up for purchases in Southwest AZ. I had several calls for loan modifications and referred SS to contact other SA's for assignment.

Business is definitely picking up and this includes the Inland Empire, CA
