Integrated Title Glendale, Ca.is ignoring

all forms of contact and has not paid me-close to 60 days now. Just a heads up-it's $50.00 late fee and off to small claims court time!

"$50 late fee ...." Nice, if you can get it. I wonder if anyone has had any luck collecting if it wasn't included in the order confirmation or idependent contractor agreement.
