Is North Star Settlement the same as Northstar Notay?

Can't find North Star Settlement on Orange search . There are so many names that are close to being the same.... makes it had to do a good search.

No, not the same. I have worked with NorthStar Settlements out of northern VA - I think they also have an office in MD. No problems with payment.
