I was contacted by Jennifer L. Namit of Meridian Settlement Concepts, Inc. of Baltimore, MD............ I can't any info on them........ anyone got the scoop?

They have a website and are in yellow pages, I live in Balto but have never heard of them which doesn't mean anything. Sometimes you just have to take a change. I'm finding companies that were slow paying last year are speeding up the payment process. Good luck
