New Signing Companies

Seems like alot of new signing companies popping up since refi's are hot now, uhmm wonder how many of those are not going to pay notaries.

Thanks for mentioning. I had the same concern. Almost all of my work has come from five companies until now. I've had companies I've never heard of calling me out of the blue. Proceeding with caution, and remembering to take care of my favorite clients first.

Let's hope it's not the same people who had failed signing agencies starting up as "new" companies.
I agree... stick with the "tried and true".

Make them print the amount of your fee and the date of payment on the confirmation. It becomes very easy to collect.

Probably all that can get away with it for 45 days. Make a big buck and then bow out. Fast money I guess if you have no morals. It's good we at least have this resource to bond us together and fight the dead beats
