As far as I know, NotRot has Free Membership (basic) and Premier Membership (costs $$ for higher placement on search results).
Log into your NotRot account. On the home page, there should be a box titled "Your Overview". Inside the box it tells you your membership level and then has a link to click called "My Account". If you click that, it will tell you how much Premier Membership costs for your area. Keep in mind that the first year is a higher fee than the renewals each year.
