On Call On Site Closings

I already did the signing last night and I wasn't in a position to check their reputation first (was out on another job when they called and just took the risk). It was a RESPA so not a big deal. When I got back and looked them up there was only one comment and it was from last year (it was pretty bad). Anyone have any recent experience with them? They are in Orlando and Tullis Looney is the owner (Rachel is the one I spoke with).
