Premier Member in two Counties

How do I become a Premier member in two Counties?

You don't...

You're either a Premiere Member or you're not. Listing placement isn't really based by county here, but by actual location and zip code. Nor is it based on seniority or anything else. It's just about physical location and your distance from destination. Zip code searches aren't even the most accurate, but it's better than county wide searches.

This is really handy for people like me who live near county lines.

For example, a notary in Bakersfield may not to want to travel to Rosamond, Mojave or California City even though it's in the same county, not when I... in Lancaster, which is in Los Angeles County, am located much closer.
