up to 140 pgs per packet/fax back HUD, Signature and Notarization page of MTG, TIL, RTC and maybe 1 or 2 others. Went to very low fees ($75-$100 max) and usually call last minute in a rush situation. I used to do lots for them when they met my fee but since they lowered it I turn them down.

I did a signing a while back with them on 12/16/08 and was paid on 12/30/09. Paid well, but I don't know now.

I used to do a lot of work for them, mostly purchases, and every closing was a nightmare!
They've got their act a little more together, but after the last closing I did for them last month, I requested they remove me from their list. I called in after the closing to say it closed, then 3 different people called back to ask if if closed. They wanted me to fax 1/2 of the package back, and I gave them the choice, I drop it that night, or fax it back. They weren't getting both the same day.
They don't pay enough to jump through their hoops. I do not have time during my day to fax and make 20 calls to a SS.
