Watermark Title

Just wanted to give an update on this company since there are no recent results if you do a search, and they're not listed in Signing Central. I tried adding them, but I got a response saying that the company is already in the database.

Anyway, I did a closing for them and got paid a week later. Good company to work with. Located in Colorado.

Leon there are a number of "watermarks" out there. Do you mean the one at 1776 S Jackson St. Denver CO 80210?

Watermark services in Folsom, CA is a signing service. I don't think they have any affiliation to Watermark Title based on past conversations I've had with one of the owners in Folsom.
